I am the managing attorney at E.A. Zebell, PL and I have focused my practice as a civil litigation attorney, primarily the areas of real estate and business. My goal is always to work jointly with my client to develop a legal strategy, that he or she understands and agrees with, to achieve both short and long-term goals. I know the stress and anxiety that disputes can bring as most people aren’t involved in many lawsuits during a lifetime, but I also know that having a plan can relieve a large portion of the negativity my client faces. I also understand the value of establishing and maintaining lines of communication with my client throughout the legal process.
In addition to my work for my clients, I have had the pleasure of being able to speak and write on a variety of legal issues as I firmly believe that knowledge of legal issues should be shared. I continue to be a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar as well as the Animal Law Section.
As for my background, I am a proud Florida native, with degrees from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida and Stetson University College of Law, in St. Petersburg, Florida. While in law school, I also obtained a M.B.A. and became a mother to a fantastic son. In my personal pursuits, my love of animals has manifested in working to open a low-to-no cost spay/neuter clinic to help reduce pet overpopulation in Central Florida. After a lot of hard work, that goal became reality in Fall of 2016 and I am very proud to be a small part of a bigger solution.
I’d love the opportunity to meet with you to discuss how I can help you.
